Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, follow-ups, and inbound leads.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Handle objections and resolve client issues to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation and sales approaches.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years UAE experience in tele sales or telesales-related roles.
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English; Arabic is a plus).
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and sales software.
- A positive attitude with a drive to succeed and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
