Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, working hours, and shifts.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate time data and reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in preparing attendance reports for management and supervisors.
- Coordinate with workers and site managers to resolve any timekeeping-related issues.
- Help maintain organized and up-to-date timekeeping systems.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Experience in timekeeping, administration, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and timekeeping software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and policies in the UAE is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
