Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, working hours, and shifts.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate time data and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing attendance reports for management and supervisors.
  • Coordinate with workers and site managers to resolve any timekeeping-related issues.
  • Help maintain organized and up-to-date timekeeping systems.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Experience in timekeeping, administration, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and timekeeping software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and policies in the UAE is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
