Join our team at B Zone Business Services as a Typist and offer irreplaceable assistance to the administrative support team through all typing- and data entry-related activities. You must be able to create documents with the necessary accuracy, communicate effectively with our team, and manage records tastefully and in an organized manner.
Responsibilities:
- Types and/or updates and maintains data, including those in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Format and generate reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Interact with colleagues and clients to obtain information or make inquiries for clarification.
- Structure documents in the proper form, filing them orderly for easy reference or retrieval.
- Editing documents so that they are well-written and error-free.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience: Previous experience in any typing or administrative role will be an added advantage.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Good planning, organization, and time management.
