Job Overview
As a Remittance Cashier at Al Ansari Exchange, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional and efficient service to customers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, excellent, and error-free services to customers in a professional manner, adhering to the SGOT Rule (Smile – Greet – Offer – Thank).
- Respect and comply with AML rules, policies, and procedures at all times.
- Collect and file all supporting documents for transactions according to the uniform filing system and AML policies, and arrange their transfer to the warehouse.
- Resolve customer complaints independently whenever possible.
- Read, understand, sign, and follow all circulars from the Head Office or Admin Office. Attend to all telephone calls, providing transfer rates or information as required.
- Forward technical support requisitions to the Admin Office.
- Identify and engage potential customers or business opportunities.
- Provide necessary information to the Head Office, Administration Office, or various company departments as required.
- Promote and cross-sell new products and services introduced by the company.
- Convey training needs to Branch Managers and attend official training programs.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the immediate line of authority.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Business communication in English (oral and written); proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- UAE driving license is an added advantage.
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
