Whole School Principal
Job Overview
As the Whole School Principal at Dubai Modern Education School, you will play a pivotal role in advancing student achievement and fostering a conducive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the effective implementation of the California Common Core Standards and the Next Generation Science Standards to enhance student progress and attainment.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as compliance with the American Curriculum (CCSS, NGSS), New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) standards, and Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) accreditation criteria.
- Provide visionary leadership to the faculty and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with parents, stakeholders, and the wider community to enhance the school’s reputation and educational outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or related field
- Native English speaker
- Minimum 3-5 years of cumulative experience in a similar leadership role
- Experience with the American Curriculum (CCSS, NGSS) and NEASC standards preferred
